Pelvic organ prolapse and uterine preservation: A case control study (POP-UP study)

Abstract: Background: Abdominal and laparoscopic sacro-colpopexy (LSC) is the preferred surgical option for the management of a symptomatic apical pelvic organ prolapse (POP).
