Abstract: Watermelon is a fruit that can increase endurance and is rich in antioxidants because it contains a source of lycopene carotenoids, rich in phenolic antioxidants, cucurbitacin E, triterpene, and amino acids in unusual amounts such as L-arginine and citrulline.
