Pemanfaatan Website Profile Sebagai Sarana Publikasi Secara Online (Studi Kasus: YPI Araskabu Tanjungbalai)

Abstract

The development of the world of information technology has a major impact on the world of education. The delivery of information online and globally can make it easier for people to get information faster and easier. The information media used in YPI Araskabu Tanjungbalai is still manual such as using notice boards, banners and brochures so that YPI Araskabu Tanjungbalai requires a fast, precise information media, without having to go to school and can be accessed online by the wider community in order to get accurate information. This devotional activity is presented in the form of a seminar where the speaker gives an explanation with the lecture method with the help of slide percentage to the teacher. The result of this devotion is in the form of submission of profile website and facilitates YPI Araskabu in the process of conveying information through the website. Keywords: Website; Domain; Araskabu; Website profile; Information media  Abstrak: Perkembangan dunia teknologi informasi berdampak besar kepada dunia pendidikan. Penyampaian informasi secara online dan global dapat memudahkan masyarakat mendapat informasi lebih cepat dan mudah. Media informasi yang digunakan di YPI Araskabu Tanjungbalai masih manual seperti menggunakan papan pengumuman, spanduk dan brosur sehingga YPI Araskabu Tanjungbalai membutuhkan suatu media informasi yang cepat, tepat, tanpa harus ke sekolah dan dapat di akses secara online oleh masyarakat luas agar mendapatkan informasi yang akurat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini disajikan dalam bentuk seminar dimana narasumber memberikan penjelasan dengan metode ceramah dengan bantuan slide presentase kepada guru.
