Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Program Perkebunan Buah Alpukat Juragan Kebun Di Kabupaten Magelang dan Kabupaten Gunungkidul

Abstract

This study aims to find out agricultural problems and the process of empowering the community's economy through the avocado fruit plantation program of the gardener in Magelang and Gunung Kidul Regencies. This research uses qualitative research with ACTORS theory approach, namely empowerment proposed by Sarah Cook and Steve Macaulay. The number of informants in this study were 2 coordinators of partnership farmer groups in Grabag District, Magelang District and Semin District, Gunungkidul District. The results of this study are as follows. (1) Socialization of the Plantation Program (2) Optimization of abandoned land. (3) Community empowerment among farmers as optimization of economic value.
