Currently, besides powder and roasted seeds, various processed coffees are now being more widely in the community. This gives some a personal touch, social and psychological influence on young people's interest in improving their lifestyle. If you look at it from the location, processing this coffee requires high and painstaking skills. The Young mosque activist was chosen because they believed that their motivation to learn new things was quite high. Apart from religious knowledge, Young mosque activists also need to be assisted in other fields of knowledge that are in line with social development. This community service carries a concept based on a coaching community. This coaching community is an adaptive training practice that is adapted to the uniqueness of the community to help bring about systemic change by empowering participants. This activity is divided into three parts. In the first stage, we conducted an FGD to determine the coaching activity model. In the second stage, we carry out coaching assistance from theory to practice. In the third stage, we evaluate and assist with the participants' independent activities. Ultimately, the coffee processing market is very large. With this activity, we hope that Young mosque activists can start working in this coffee market.
