Vocational programs have become a trend in many countries around the world. In America, business schools are often out of reach of the lower middle class, especially in rural areas and small towns. Idayu 2 Pakis Malang Vocational Program, the vocational program has not found additional solutions in terms of operational performance. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage digital entrepreneurship that remains current. In addition, children's independence is highly expected and creates jobs, especially for Intellectual Disability children. Children with Intellectual Disability have a level of intelligence that is far below average which is characterized by limited intelligence and inability to interact socially. The condition of Intellectual Disability children who have below average levels of intelligence makes it difficult to think logically, making them less able to find and realize their desires. This study aims to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students with disabilities, especially those who were most often the subject of previous research, namely students with limited intelligence and inability to interact socially or often called Intellectual Disability. This research was conducted using a continuous development research method. This continuous development research method is a method used to develop certain products and test the effectiveness of these products, the authors conclude that to achieve success in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit, learning practices must be packaged in interesting learning for children with special needs, especially Intellectual Disability students. By providing media or teaching materials that attract Intellectual Disability students, they will more quickly absorb learning and entrepreneurial spirit related to learning.
