Pemeriksaan Diagnostik COVID-19 : Studi Literatur

Abstract: Background: The purpose of this literature study is to find out which diagnostic tests are used to detect COVID-19. Method: Articles collected from 2020 using 3 databases (Pubmed, Science Direct and Google Scholar) obtained 14 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. Results: CT-Chest examination has a high sensitivity for diagnosis of COVID-19 compared to Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) in the initial phase. “…The COVID-19 antigen rapid test was initially only used for initial screening and was eventually declared to be used as a diagnostic method. 7,15 This is undoubtedly related to the accuracy of the examination based on many studies where the sensitivity and specificity of the rapid antigen test were reported to be relatively high. as written by Chaimayo et al, based on their research results, the sensitivity and specificity of the COVID-19 rapid test antigen reached 98.33% and 98.73%.…”

“…Patients who will undergo elective and cito caesarean section and inpartum must be screened according to the flow for obstetric patients (5). However, with the limited facilities and infrastructure at Bangli General Hospital and in Indonesia, adjustments are made by combining the flow with the Indonesian Ministry of Health guidelines and recommendations from the COVID-19 Accelerated Handling Task Force (7,8). In accordance with the recommendations of the COVID-19 Accelerated Handling Task Force, rapid tests must be carried out on pregnant women before giving birth, except for referral cases where rapid tests have been carried out or pregnant women who have confirmed COVID-19.…”

“…This article identifies the COVID-19 detection checks that several countries have carried out. This study concludes that an accurate and precise COVID-19 detection test must combine Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR), Computed Tomography (CT)-Chest, and Rapid Test (Halmar et al, 2020).…”
