Pemilihan Authorized Service Center (ASC) Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) di Industri Water Heater

Abstract: Authorized Service Center (ASC) merupakan bagian jenis usaha kerjasama pelayanan teknis berupa jasa yang meliputi pelayanan perbaikan, perawatan, penjualan suku cadang dan pemasangan produk khususnya untuk pemanas air terhadap konsumen. Terdapat penurunan tingkat persentase Out SLA pada tahun 2017 dan tahun 2018, hal ini dikarenakan perubahan kerjasama ASC dari yang semula dikelola oleh distributor tunggal menjadi banyak pihak ASC.
