“…Pemphigoid gestationis is associated with higher risks of preterm labours and foetal growth restriction, which is speculated to be caused by the mild placental dysfunction secondary to BP180. 1 Neonatal clinical outcomes contain skin lesions (urticarial and/or bullous), sepsis and severe growth retardation. 5 Therefore, appropriate management of PG is crucial for optimizing a favourable pregnancy outcome.…”
