Abstract:Non-communicable diseases having high morbidity and mortality rates. WHO 2015 recorded 39.5 million deaths due to non-communicable diseases. Hypertension and diabetes mellitus (DM) are non-communicable diseases that can lead to complications such as heart disease and stroke.
