Abstract: Nipah, sebuah tumbuhan yang dapat tumbuh pada daerah payau sampai dengan daerah mangrove, juga daerah pasang-surut laut. Nipah termasuk dalam genus palm yang dapat menghasilkan nira yang manis. Melihat potensi itu maka pangabdian ini dilakukan, dengan tujuan melakukan diversifikasi usaha GKN, menggunakan bahan baku nira dari sadapan tanaman nipah.
