Pendekatan Simulasi Sistem Diskrit Dalam Mengurangi Waktu Tunggu Antrian Dengan Perbaikan Sistem Appointment Scheduling

Abstract: Rumah sakit merupakan dalam industri jasa dengan orientasi utama melayani pasien. PKU Muhammadiyah sebagai rumah sakit swasta di Yogyakarta melayani rawat jalan pada klinik gigi dengan rata-rata jumlah pasien 27 orang dengan rata-rat waktu tunggu 65 menit per hari.
