Abstract

The Indonesian population is already sufficiently aware of healthy eating and has established itself as a distinct source of information for the food sector to use in order to ensure that the food they produce is secure, of high quality, and acceptable to customers. Implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is one way to ensure the safety of your food, as was done when Tortilla Jarula (Corn Seaweed) was produced at UMKM Putri Rinjani in Central Lombok Regency.
