Penerapan Model Discovery Learning Berbantuan Macromedia Flash8 Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ipa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa menggunakan model discovery learning berbantu macromedia flash 8. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 17 Kabupaten Tebo dengan jumlah siswa 38. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan angket. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran fisika menggunakan model discovery learning berbantu macromedia flash 8 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai hasil observasi yang dilihat pada setiap siklus, pada pra-siklus rata-rata 59, sementara pada siklus I menjadi 68, dan pada siklus II lebih meningkat menjadi 75 dan melebihi KKM 73. Pra-siklus siswa yang memenuhi standar keberhasilan belajar hanya terdapat 10 siswa, sementara setelah dilakukan tindakan ternyata bertambah menjadi 31 orang siswa yang tuntas mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran fisika menggunakan model discovery learning berbantu macromedia flash8 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
