Abstract:Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) perkembangan proses supervisi kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar ; 2) peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri 1 Bunyu setelah diterapkan pendekatan supervisi kolaboratif.
