These results are strengthened and supported by the findings of previous researchers conducted by Lismiatun (2018), Purwanto (2022), that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In this case a leader who is able to convey the company's vision and mission well, is able to provide encouragement, stimulates creativity and is able to train his subordinates will lead to OCB behavior in employees, this relationship is supported by social exchange theory which states that when employees have been treated well by the organization then they will tend to repay the favor by behaving and participating in the organization.…”
