The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the personal awareness and independent attitude mediates entrepreneurship learning on Islamic boarding school students' entrepreneurship interest, the purposes consist of : 1) Analyze of influence entrepreneurship learning has on Islamic boarding school students' entrepreneurship interest, 2) Analyze of personal awareness mediates entrepreneurship learning on the entrepreneurship interest of Islamic boarding school students, 3) Analyze of independent attitude mediates of entrepreneurship learning to entrepreneurship interest of Islamic boarding school students. The method of collecting data used a questionnaire with objects are Annuqayah Islamic Science Institute, Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien Institute, Islamic University of Madura, and Al-Khairat Islamic Institute. The analysis of research hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that variable of entrepreneurship learning had a significant effect on the entrepreneurship interest of Islamic boarding school students, the coefficient value is 0.48 with CR 4.327 and P 0.000. P-value < 0.05, personal awareness mediates entrepreneurship learning on Islamic boarding school students' interest in entrepreneurship, sobel test results obtained at 3.650 above 1.98, and p-value <0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted.
