Pengaruh Kecepatan Landing dan Pemilihan Material terhadap Faktor Keamanan Landing Skid Helikopter Tanpa Awak Menggunakan Ansys Workbench

Abstract: Landing skids are an important component of uncrewed helicopters. The landing skid acts as a support when the helicopter lands or is parked. This paper examines the effect of landing speed and material selection on the safety factor of uncrewed helicopter landing skids using Ansys Workbench. The uncrewed helicopter weighs 100 kg and an impact time of 0.5 seconds. Landing speed variations are 2 m/s, 3 m/s, and 4 m/s. The materials used in the simulation are plastic types, namely ABS, HDPE, Polyamide (PA6), and … Show more

“…One factor that has a major influence on the strength of the landing skid is the selection of materials used in its construction. The right material must have sufficient strength to withstand the weight of the UAV and be resistant to deformation or damage that may occur due to the pressure exerted during landing [6]. In addition, the stiffness and toughness of the material should also be considered to deal with situations that may affect the landing skid, such as strong impact or vibration [7], [8] There are three materials that were simulated in this study, including PLA (Polylactic Acid), PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified), and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).…”
