Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Tim Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru

Abstract: Latar belakang penelitian guru tidak puas dengan rekan kerja atau tim kerja yang ada disekolah, dikarenakan tim kerja yang kurang solid, suka memilih-milih tim kerja serta memiliki minat yang kurang untuk bekerja bersama tim. Tujuan penelitian melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, tim kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif.
