Pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, keadilan prosedural, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract: AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, keadilan prosedural, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pada pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Kuesioner didistribusikan secara accidental sampling pada sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.
