Abstract: Dari hasil studi literatur, belum ditemukan penelitian yang menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan pada organisasi yang bergerak di bidang kantor hukum, khususnya pada konteks Jakarta, Indonesia.
