Due to its high economic worth and ability to be consumed in both fresh and processed forms, chili (Capsicum annum L.) is a fruit that is frequently used as a vegetable. Pests and plant diseases, such as bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia syzygii subsp. Indonesiensis, are the causes of reduced chili productivity. Plants will eventually perish as a result of symptoms like withering of the leaf tips that eventually spread to the undersides of the leaves. The lower vascular tissue and roots of the affected chili plants appear brown. Bacterial wilt is an important disease of chili caused by Ralstonia syzigii subsp. indonesiensis and can reduce yield by up to 90%. The research aimed to obtain the best solid formula consortium of Bacillus spp. for controlling R. syzygii subsp. indonesiensis on chili peppers. The study consists of 2 stages: 1). Production of a consortium combination of Bacillus spp. in solid waste 2). Test the ability of the consortium of Bacillus spp. in solid waste to control bacterial wilt in chili plants. The study used a completely randomized design that consisted of 19 treatments and four replications. Each treatment was introduced on chili seeds and seedlings, while the inoculation of R. syzygii subsp. indonesiensis was conducted on chili aged 35 days after planting. The results showed that the best solid formula consortium of the Bacillus spp. for controlling bacterial wilt (R. syzigii subsp. indonesiensis) on chili plants is the Bran + Bagasse formula for four weeks of storage.

Integrated farming systems have become part of the farming culture in Indonesia. This system can efficiently utilize local resources, namely by-product materials like straw and livestock manure. The income of farmers with and without a crop-livestock integration system is undoubtedly different. This is because farmers with integration will get revenue from two businesses, namely crops and added from their cattle business. This study aims to assess the benefits of crops and cattle in the integration system and analyze the contribution of integrated agriculture to the production of rice crops and cattle and farmers' income. The primary method used to achieve the objectives in this study is descriptive (descriptive analysis). Quantitative and qualitative research is based on solving factual problems that exist in the present. The data collected were compiled, tabulated, and analyzed by analyzing farm income in the rice and cattle integration system. The results showed that the waste produced from rice plants in straw and bran can be helpful for cattle feed, saving energy and reducing the costs of finding grass and buying feed. At the same time, cattle feces (dung) and urine are helpful as organic fertilizers for rice plants to save the use of Urea, SP-36, and KCl fertilizers. The average income obtained from rice-cattle integration farming amounted to Rp. 32,103,966 with an R/C Ratio value of 1.793 means that the income level of rice-cattle integration farming in Lera Village is profitable, and the business is feasible to develop.

One of the supports for the successful growth of cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens) is a planting medium that is rich in nutrients. Organic planting media comes from organic ingredients which contain nutrients and are able to balance air circulation and high water absorption. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the combination of organic growing media used on the growth of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens). This research was conducted in the greenhouse of FKIP UHAMKA, East Jakarta in February - May 2023. This research used a quantitative experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). This study used 4 treatments with 5 replications each, the factors observed consisted of control treatment P0 (100% soil), P1 (50% soil: 25% husk charcoal: 25% cocopeat), P2 (50 % soil : 25% husk charcoal : 25% raw husk), and P3 (50% soil : 25% husk charcoal : 25% manure. The research data were analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA test and if they were significantly different then a ‎test was carried out Duncon continued the Multiple Range Test (DMRT). For the best results on the parameters of plant height and plant wet weight found in the P3 treatment with a combination of soil planting medium, husk charcoal, and manure, obtaining an average plant height of 6.48 cm and wet weight of 0.22 gr. The best root length parameter was treatment P2 with a combination of soil, rice husk charcoal, and raw husks with an average of 3.78 cm. The results of the One-Way ANOVA test were not There was a significant difference in each treatment, meaning there was no difference to the control treatment
