Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur bergerak dalam bidang polimer dan perwatan mobil. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT.
