Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Display Layout, Dan Variasi Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualias produk, display layout, dan variasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen toko kue Sarah Cake Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 190 orang responden, sampel ditarik berdasarkan rumus Hair et al.
