The most dangerous infectious disease that is currently being debated around the world is the Corona virus disease. The problems and challenges currently faced by educational institutions require prevention strategies by providing motivation as well as guidance and enthusiasm in the learning activities of elementary school students. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of table top covid simulator on knowledge and attitude of elementary school students. Methods: Pre-experimental research using one group pre-test and post-test design. The population in the study was 120, and a sample of 38 elementary school students was obtained using a total sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a pre-post test which is carried out by assessing elementary school students regarding their attitudes and knowledge of preventing Covid-19 using a questionnaire guide. Data processing by editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating and analyzed by Paired T-Test. Results: This study shows that the statistical test results of the independent and dependent variables in this study are the significance value <0.05, which is 0.000 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.82, which means that there is an effect of the table top simulator on the knowledge and attitudes of elementary school students about preventing covid-19. Conclusion: Table top covid simulator can improve attitudes and knowledge about prevention of covid-19 in elementary school students, it has a positive impact on students in complying with health protocols and preventing infection transmission.

Patients with chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis (CKD-HD) frequently experience an increase in fluid volume, which is largely shown by interdialytic weight gain (IDWG). An increase in IDWG may cause the mean arterial pressure (MAP) during dialysis to increase. Chronic renal disease patients, it might worsen their condition and implies a change in intravascular. Patients must control their fluid intake, nevertheless, there are still a lot of patients who struggle with this. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between IDWG and pre-dialysis MAP in patients with chronic kidney disease. A descriptive correlation method with a cross-sectional approach was used in this study. The instruments were observation sheets to note the weight dan blood pressure, weight scales, and a sphygmomanometer. The purposive sampling method was used to select the respondents in this study. The respondents were 52 CKD-HD patients over the age of 18 who exercise at least twice a week and are not in intensive care. The data was collected at a hemodialysis unit. Statistical analysis used Pearson's product-moment correlation. The results showed that most of the respondents had IDWG in the adequate category (78.8%) and pre-dialysis MAP in the optimal category (23.1%), p=0.003 (<0.05) and r=0,41. This study concluded that there was a relationship with moderate strength between IDWG and pre-dialysis MAP in patients with chronic kidney disease. Nurses are urged to strengthen monitoring of IDWG and pre-dialysis MAP, as well as monitoring of dietary compliance and patient fluid intake limitations, to identify potential issues in patients with chronic renal disease

ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Permasalahan yang terjadi pada klien dengan hemodialisis (HD) adalah terjadi penambahan berat badan atau Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) karena ketidakpatuhan klien dalam pembatasan cairan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui perbedaan efektifitas pemberian Self Help Group (SHG) dengan Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) terhadap penurunan IDWG klien yang menjalani HD.Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan kelompok kontrol pre dan post. Jumlah responden 57 orang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel independen adalah SHG dan ACT, sedangkan variabel dependen IDWG. Uji statistik untuk kelompok SHG dan kelompok pembanding menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed_Rank Test dengan nilai p≤0,005, untuk kelompok ACT menggunakan Paired T Test dengan nilai p≤0,005. Perbandingan antara SHG, ACT dan kelompok pembanding menggunakan Mann Whitney dengan nilai p≤0,005.Hasil: Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test kelompok SHG p=0,002, hasil uji Paired T Test kelompok ACT p=0,000, hasil Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test kelompok pembanding p=0,224. Hasil statistik Mann Whitney antara SHG-ACT didapatkan nilai p=0,838; uji Mann Whitney SHG-kelompok pembanding p=0,044; uji Mann Whitney ACT-kelompok pembanding p=0,015. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa antara SHG dan ACT keduanya efektif terhadap penurunan IDWG namun pemberian ACT lebih efektif terhadap IDWG dengan p=0,015.Kesimpulan: Penerapan SHG dan ACT efektif terhadap penurunan IDWG pada klien yang menjalani HD, diharapkan SHG dan ACT dapat diterapkan untuk mengantisipasi IDWG yang berlebihan pada klien yang menjalani HD.ABSTRACT Introduction: Problem that occurs in hemodialysis clients was the occurrence of Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) due to client's nonadherence in fluid restrictions.
