Burns are injuries to the skin caused by heat, fire, hot steam, exposure to chemicals, solar radiation, or electric shock. Burns need to be treated immediately because they can cause infection in the skin. Healing burns can be done by utilizing several types of existing plants, namely bitter melon leaves and orange peels which are known to be able to help heal burns because they contain secondary metabolites such as flavonoids, tannins, saponins, steroids, alkaloids, and terpenoids which can be used for wound healing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of bitter melon leaf extract cream and orange peel as healing burns in white rats. This research is a quantitative study using laboratory experimental methods with a post test only control group design. In this study, male white rats were made with wounds on the back skin. Using 20 white rats divided into 5 different treatment groups. The negative control was given a cream base, the positive control was given Burnazin cream, F1 3% : 5%, F2 ie 4% : 4%, F3 ie 5% : 3%. The wound was smeared with preparations according to group division and carried out for 14 days. Based on the results of observations of the effect of a combination of bitter melon leaf extract and orange peel cream at F1 concentrations with a concentration ratio of 3%: 5%, it has a faster healing effect on burn area. Based on the results of the Kruskal wallis test on the healing of second degree burns in male white rats, there was a significant difference. The p value or sig is 0.014, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the healing areas of burns in white rats.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemampuan teknologi geospasial sebagai media pembelajaran geografi di lingkungan sekolah tingkat menengah. Metode penelitian adalah simulasi pembelajaran dengan teknologi geospasial. Kemampuan teknologi geospasial sebagai media pembelajaran diketahui melalui persentase tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan. Tingkat pemahaman siswa digali melalui kuesioner. Kuesioner disusun sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan pada sesi simulasi. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 85,6 % siswa memiliki tingkat pemahaman tinggi terhadap materi yang disampaiakan melalui teknologi geospasial, sedangkan sisanya berpemahaman sedang. Teknologi geospasial mempermudah siswa dalam memahami geografi. Visualisasi interaktif dan dinamis yang disajikan oleh teknologi geospasial mampu digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan what, where, dan when terkait dinamika geosfer dan persebarannya. Implementasi teknologi geospasial dalam pembelajaran geografi di sekolah tingkat menengah masih memerlukan kajian yang lebih komprehensif. Kesiapan tenaga pengajar, sarana, dan prasarana pembelajaran perlu diidentifikasi lebih lanjut.

The utilization of information technology in the field of education, particularly Google Earth, has become a significant breakthrough. This article examines the potential of Google Earth as a map learning tool at SDN Sidomulyo 02. The research focuses on students and teachers from grades 4-6, employing a qualitative approach with a case study. The research results indicate an improvement in student engagement, a better understanding of map concepts, and increased learning motivation. Google Earth provides a dynamic, visual, and interactive experience, allowing students to explore the world virtually. This advantage is evident in the identification of map symbols, understanding legends, and interpreting geographical information. A comparison with conventional methods emphasizes the superiority of Google Earth in the context of map learning, supporting a contextual learning approach. Despite the positive outcomes, challenges in implementation involve a learning curve for teachers. Therefore, advanced training and technical support are key to the effectiveness of Google Earth usage. This article contributes to a deeper understanding of the positive impact of Google Earth on students' geospatial literacy. Its implications include recommendations for teachers and policymakers to integrate learning technologies, especially Google Earth, into elementary education curricula. As a significant contribution, this research paves the way for the broader use of similar technologies in elementary education and serves as a foundation for further research in the development of learning methods that integrate technology.
