Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Reseach and Development) yang mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis adobe animate cc. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan dari media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dan diberi nama “OPERAL”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap analysis, desaign, development, implementasion dan evaluation. Subjek dalam penelitian merupakan 20 peserta didik kelas VIIB salah satu SMPN di Kabupaten Boyolali. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, lembar kepraktisan media dan lembar keefektifan media. Keefektifan media dianalisis dengan uji wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui media pembelajaran “OPERAL” valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan sebagai media belajar dalam materi operasi bentuk aljabar dengan kategori sangat baik. Begitu juga hasil analisis dari lembar respon peserta didik mendapatkan tanggapan positif. Media “OPERAL” dapat digunakan untuk membantu peserta didik belajar operasi bentuk aljabar.
The purpose of the study was to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the learning media that was developed and named "OPERAL". The research method used is the ADDIE research method which consists of five stages analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in the study were 20 students of class VIIB of one of the junior high schools in Boyolali Regency. The instruments used were validation sheets, media practicality sheets, and media effectiveness sheets. The effectiveness of the media was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the "OPERAL" learning media is valid, practical, and effectively used as a learning medium in the algebraic form of operation material with a very good category. Likewise, the results of the analysis of the student response sheets received positive responses. Media "OPERAL" can be used to help students learn the operations of algebraic forms.
