This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, discipline and reward on the performance of Perumdam employees (Drinking Water Regional Public Companies) Mojopahit Mojokerto. This research is a quantitative research. Data sources in this study were obtained through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires of 100 employees using proportional stratified random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used in this study was path analysis. The results of research obtained based on the validity test showed that all statements in the questionnaire were declared valid. For the reliability test of all variables there is only one obtained a composite reable value or the Cronbach Alpha value is declared reliable. And hypothesis testing based on the value of T-statistics and p values that work stress affects employee performance. Discipline affects employee performance. Rewards affect employee performance.

Purpose: This study investigates the determinants of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), focusing on the relationship between Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Career Development, and OCB. Method: Using a Literature Review approach, this study analyzes scholarly articles published from 2016 to 2020 to identify gaps in research and explore the mediation effect of Career Development on the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment in influencing OCB. Results and conclusion: The findings highlight the importance of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Career Development in shaping OCB. While existing literature extensively examines OCB's relationship with organizational factors, such as culture and commitment, this study emphasizes the need for further research on the mediating role of career development. It also suggests that OCB is influenced by changes in organizational strategy and the implementation of human resource management practices, particularly in Indonesian companies. Research implications: The study provides theoretical insights into OCB determinants and practical implications for organizational management in fostering OCB. It underscores the significance of considering career development alongside cultural and commitment factors. Originality/value: This research contributes to the literature by addressing gaps in research and emphasizing the importance of career development in shaping OCB. It offers valuable insights for organizational management and contributes to the advancement of knowledge in organizational behavior and human resource management.

Tourist villages are typically formed to provide at least three major benefits to the local community, namely economic, social, and environmental benefits. Pengudang and Busung villages have the potential to be used as tourist destinations, but this potential has not been fully realized. Pengudang and Busung Villages have been unable to provide economic benefits to the surrounding community due to a lack of utilization and development of natural resources. So far, the hub of tourist activity in Bintan Regency has only been Sebong Lagoi Village and its environs. Despite the fact that there are many villages in Bintan Regency with interesting development potential. As a result, a strategy must be developed so that Pengudang Village and Busung Village, in addition to Sebong Lagoi Village, can be developed as alternative tourist destinations. The use of geographic information systems can aid in the mapping of potential tourist villages. The goal of this study is to use a geographic information system to identify and map the tourism potential in Pengudang and Busung villages. This study employed a spatial analysis based on attractiveness and supporting facilities. According to the results of spatial data processing and field surveys, Pengudang Village has five tourism potentials, while Busung Village has four.
