Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Sarana Media Transindo di Jakarta

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sarana Media Transindo di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 73 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.
