Abstract: Perubahan pola konsumsi ke pola yang kurang sehat seperti peningkatan konsumsi gula dan rendahnya konsumsi sayur dan buah, berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan prevalensi overweight dan obesitas di Indonesia.
