Abstract: ABSTRAKPengolahan minyak kelapa murni atau Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) umumnya menggunakan daging buah kelapa yang bagian testanya dipisahkan, sedangkan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode pemanasan bertahap bagian testa tidak dipisahkan dan produk yang dihasilkan tidak berwarna (bening).
