Abstract: Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengeluaran wilayah terhadap progres perekonomian dan hubungannya terhadapIPM Nias Selatan. Teknik analisakajian ini menggunakan analisa path. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya pegawai, biaya modal, dan biaya barang atau jasa secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap progres perekonomian Nias Selatan.
