Pengaruh Penggunaan Microbubble Terhadap Kelimpahan Plankton Pada Budidaya Udang Vannamei

Gelembun… Show more

“…Dissolved oxygen (DO) in vannamei shrimp ponds ranged from 2.38 -9.1 mg.L -1 with an average of 7.15 mg.L -1 . According to Edi et al, (2021) the value of DO is related to the value of temperature if the low temperature then high dissolved oxygen levels, while high temperatures cause low dissolved oxygen levels. Meanwhile, ammonia ranges from 0 -1.21 mg.L -1 with an average of 0.257.…”

“…As long as the sun shines during the day, CO2 is utilized by phytoplankton while pH and DO increase as a result of the photosynthetic process so that free CO2 decreases. However, at night the respiration process dominates and CO2 is released, and there is a decrease in pH and DO (Edi et al, 2021).…”

“…The maximum total organic matter concentration for growing vannamei shrimp is <90 mg/l (Edhy et al, 2010;Wafi et al, 2020). If the total organic matter value concentration exceeds the threshold, it will disrupt the metabolic activity of the shrimp and can also result in blooming (Edi et al, 2021).…”
