Pengaruh Penggunaan Pewarna Alami Terhadap Mutu Fisik Macaron Oat

Abstract: Macaron adalah kue sederhana yang biasanya terbuat dari putih telur, gula, dan tepung almond, dimana dua buah macaron ditengahnya diberikan isian.
