PT. Baramega Citra Mulia Persada is a coal mining company that carries out exploitation activities in the Kelumpang Hilir District, Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Various land use activities in river water areas, such as coal mining activities, are thought to have affected river water quality. Based on the description above, it is necessary to analyze the quality and status of river water around coal mining activities in an effort to control water pollution. River water sampling can describe river water quality more accurately but requires a long time and high costs. So, river modeling is carried out with the aim of minimizing observation costs and time. The appropriate modeling to simplify river water quality conditions is the Qual2kw model. Based on this description, the aim of this research is to determine the pH and TSS concentrations at each sampling point in the Serongga River and to create a pH and TSS model from wastewater. PT BCMP which flows into the Serongga River. This research will be carried out at PT. Baramega Citra Mulia Persada is located in Kelumpang Hilir District, Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This research activity began with field observations by taking samples at three points, namely the upstream of the Serongga River, outfall, and downstream of the Serongga River at 4 (four) different time periods. The samples that were taken were then tested for pH and TSS at the Tanah Bumbu Regency Environmental Laboratory. Based on the results of laboratory analysis of pH and TSS, it shows that the concentration at the point source is in accordance with Governor Regulation No. 36 of 2008 concerning Waste Water Quality Standards, and at the upstream, outfall and downstream monitoring points of the Serongga River, the pH and TSS values are in accordance with Government Regulation No. 22 In 2021 in the Class II River Water Quality Standards section. The modeling results show that when the pH and TSS values at the point source range from 7.03-7.13 and the TSS ranges from 101-150 mg L-1, the pH and TSS values at the upstream, outfall and downstream monitoring points of the Serongga River are still in accordance with PP No. 22 of 2021. Simulation of the pH (6-9) and TSS (101-200 mg L-1) model scenario at pointsource shows that the pH and TSS values at the upstream, outfall and downstream monitoring points of the Serongga River are still within the quality standards in accordance with PP No.22 of 2021 in the Class II River Water Quality Standards section. Plagiarisme adalah tindakan meniru dan mengutip bahkan menyalin atau mengakui hasil karya orang lain sebagai hasil karya diri sendiri. Tugas akhir merupakan salah satu syarat wajib mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan pembelajaran pada perguruan tinggi. Tugas akhir harus disusun mahasiswa berdasarkan ide sendiri. Akan tetapi, banyak terjadi plagiarisme karena mudahnya melakukan kegiatan tersebut, yaitu hanya dengan menyalin teks gagasan orang lain kemudian ditempelkan dalam lembar kerja dan diakui bahwa gagasan tersebut adalah ide sendiri. Selain itu, mengganti beberapa kata dalam kalimat gagasan orang lain dengan gaya bahasa sendiri tanpa menuliskan sumber aslinya juga termasuk plagiarisme. Pengecekan tugas akhir yang masih manual juga menjadi masalah bagi koordinator tugas akhir, yang membutuhkan ketelitian tinggi dan waktu yang cukup banyak untuk mengecek plagiarime pada dokumen tugas akhir. Maka, deteksi plagiarisme sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencegah tindakan plagiarisme makin berkembang. Menyikapi hal tersebut, penelitian ini bermaksud mengembangkan sistem yang dapat mendeteksi persamaan antardokumen teks yang berfokus pada kata yang mengandung sinonim pada suatu kalimat. Salah satu algoritma yang digunakan adalah synonym recognition, yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi kata yang mengandung sinonim, dengan proses membandingkan setiap kata dengan kata yang terdapat pada kamus. Synonym recognition dikombinasikan dengan metode winnowing, yang berfungsi untuk pembobotan teks berbasis fingerprint. Setelah diperoleh bobot dari masing-masing dokumen, tingkat kemiripan antardokumen dihitung dengan algoritma cosine similarity. Hasil rata-rata nilai kemiripan untuk deteksi judul dan abstrak dengan menambahkan synonym recognition meningkat sebesar 3,11% daripada tanpa menggunakan synonym recognition yang dikombinasikan dengan metode pembobotan winnowing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma-algoritma yang digunakan akurat dengan pengujian akurasi dan root mean squared error (RMSE).

Information needs can arise because of a knowledge gap in a person with the necessary information needs, one of which is knowledge in the field of computers and informatics, especially related to terms in the computer field. Therefore we need a system that makes it easy for users to meet the information needs needed by building a digital dictionary application related to computer terms and informatics by utilizing the search engine features in it. Search activities are carried out daily to meet information needs. However, an error that is often unavoidable in performing a search is a typing error in the query. As a result, the information sought is not as expected. Based on this, we need a system that can identify typographical errors in the search text. So in this research, a website-based dictionary of computer and informatics terms will be developed by applying Peter Norvig's spelling corrector using the Python language with the flask framework. The implementation results show that Peter Norvig's spelling corrector method can be applied to computer and informatics term dictionary applications. This can be seen at the level of accuracy reaching 89% in correcting 180 word variations that contain typographical errors based on the highest probability of each possible word in the corpus. However, there is a lack of this spelling corrector method, it is still difficult to overcome typos in spelling abbreviations and typographical errors that exceed 1 letter
