Abstract:Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) is very abundant in Indonesia, including Maluku. However, the parts of the nutmeg fruit that have high economic value are the nutmeg seeds and mace, while the nutmeg fruit flesh is rarely used, and even ends as waste.
