Pengaruh Suhu Spray Drying Dan Penambahan Maltodextrin Terhadap Aktivitas Antioksidan (Ic50) Pada Bayam Hijau (Amaranthus Hybridus L.)

Abstract: Berdasarkan riset Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puslitbang UKM) tahun 2014 menyatakan bahwa 97,7 persen anak Indonesia berusia di bawah 5 tahun kurang mengkonsumsi sayur dan buah.
