Abstract:Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi jagung dengan ubi jalar kukus terhadap kualitas fisik pelet ransum. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), menggunakan tepung ubi jalar kukus (UJK) selama 15 menit dengan empat perlakuan, yaitu persentase substitusi tepung UJK terhadap tepung jagung (0, 15, 30, 45 persen) dan masing-masing diulang sebanyak 5 kali.
