Pengaruh Transaksi Hubungan Istimewa, Tingkat Usaha, Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract: Abstrak Transaksi hubungan istimewa seringkali disalahgunakan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan manajemen dan pemegang saham mayoritas yang tentunya akan berdampak pada penilaian perusahaan tetapi transaksi ini juga dapat dipandang sebagai alat untuk menciptakan operasional perusahaan yang lebih efisien.
