Posyandu cadres are important people whose role in implementing posyandu, including registration, weighing, counseling, recording, and reporting. Currently, the cadre task in recording and reporting is still manual. Therefore, cadres must be supported by information technology to facilitate their work. iPosyandu application is an android-based or mobile application that is integrated and functioned for cadres in managing data. The application has been implemented at Posyandu to obtain data of infants, toddlers, and pregnant women, as well as child-bearing age women and couples (under development). This study aimed to determine the cadre's knowledge on the use of iPosyandu application at the posyandu, and its association with age, duration of work, education, and employment. The research method used cross-sectional approach. We used a purposive sampling technique. The sample size was 82 cadres in 6 villages in Pasawahan sub-district, Purwakarta Regency. Data collection was carried using questionnaire. Spearman correlation and Chi-square was used to identify the associations. The results was all cadres had good knowledge, and not associated with age, duration of work, education, and employment. This can be caused by the experience and implementation of the iPosyandu application during the last year. Other reasons were also identified such as easy access of media information, and the learning time. Good knowledge of cadres in using the application need to be maintained. Henceforth, further complementary research is needed to strengthen the knowledge by observing their skill under the umbrella of action research.

Posyandu is part of the Community-Sourced Health Efforts (UKBM), a health information system in maternal and child health services. Currently, health recording and reporting are still in paper form. Therefore, an iPosyandu application facilitates and accelerates cadres in recording and reporting. This activity was carried out in March 2023 to 145 cadres in Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The method used was training on recording and reporting based on the iPosyandu application, where cadres were given a questionnaire on the use of the iPosyandu application. The results of this activity showed that most of the cadres had the characteristics of age 31-40 years (41.4%), the last education was high school (55.2%), the occupation was taking care of the household (97.9%), and the experience of being a cadre for 1-5 years (51%), and most of the cadres serving in the posyandu had middle strata (41%). Most cadres agreed to use the iPosyandu application because it can make reports quickly (83.7%), and cadres felt that the iPosyandu application had all the functions based on cadres' abilities (87.1%). In addition, there is a relationship between the last education of cadres and the use of iPosyandu applications (p-value < 0.005; r value > 1). This community service activity concludes that cadres have good digital literacy in using the iPosyandu application, so the system for recording and reporting the results of posyandu activities can run well. COVID-19 telah ditetapkan sebagai pandemi dunia, sehingga menyebabkan pelayanan kesehatan anak tidak dapat berjalan secara optimal, termasuk kegiatan pemantauan di posyandu. Untuk itu, peneliti tertarik untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita bagi ibu yang tidak bisa hadir di posyandu, baik akibat pandemi COVID-19 maupun alasan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan penggunaan Aplikasi e-Posyandu Kesehatan (ePoK) berbasis android sebagai alternatif posyandu di era new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen pada 152 ibu balita yang diambil secara proportional stratified random sampling. Ibu diberikan aplikasi dan menggunakannya selama 1 bulan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian sebagian besar responden berusia 20-40 tahun (98%), pendidikan mayoritas tinggi (59,9%), sebagian besar merupakan ibu rumah tangga (65,8%), jumlah anak pada umumnya lebih dari satu (77,6%), dan rata-rata masih berusia kurang dari 2 tahun (84,2%). Kategori kepuasan responden terhadap aplikasi ePoK sebagian besar berada pada kategori sangat puas, yaitu 88,2%. Terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik pekerjaan ibu, paritas dan usia anak terkecil terhadap kepuasan penggunaan aplikasi ePoK dengan nilai p<0,05. Responden merasa sangat puas terhadap aplikasi ePoK ini. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan ibu balita dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi ePoK untuk memantau pertumbuhan perkembangan balitanya.
