Penguatan dan Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Wamena Melalui Usaha Pembuatan Cake Berbahan Dasar Ubi Ungu di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract: Pengolahan bahan lokal menjadi salah satu usaha dapat dipakai dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat didalam era Covid-19. Penggunaan bahan lokal seperti ubi jalar ungu dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengurangi ketergantungan dengan bahan impor.
