Peningkatan Kelarutan Fisetin Dengan Teknik Kosolvensi

Abstract: Fisetin adalah senyawa flavonoid yang memiliki beragam aktivitas, salah satunya adalah sebagai antioksidan. Fisetin memiliki kelarutan dan bioavailabilitas yang rendah sehingga penerapannya terbatas untuk oral dan dermal. Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan kelarutan fisetin dengan metode kosolvensi menggunakan tiga pelarut berbeda, yaitu air, etanol dan propilen glikol dengan berbagai konsentrasi.
