Peningkatan Komunikasi Efektif Dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedaton

Abstract: Komunikasi di fasilitas kesehatan merupakan komunikasi komplek, tidak hanya komunikasi dengan  tenaga kesehatan tapi juga dengan pasien, masyarakat dan juga peserta didik. Masalah komunikasi di Puskesmas Kedaton adalah belum adanya program peningkatan komunikasi efektif di pelayanan kesehatan, belum adanya program peningkatan komunikasi efektif untuk komunikasi dengan pasien/masyarakat, dan belum adanya program peningkatan komunikasi efektif untuk mahasiswa praktik.
