During the COVID-19 pandemic, industrial product exports rose by 41%, driven by herbal products. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) significantly contribute to the growth in export value. The growth is consistent with the primary objective of MSMEs, which is to promote economic, social, and environmental development. Exports rose due to improved production, which aided in the sustainability of MSMEs producing herbal goods. Increased MSME production results in increased community welfare, an objective of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, there is a shortage of research on how to improve the productivity of MSMEs substantially. There is no reference for MSMEs to use the productivity profit-sharing model to monitor, forecast, and assess their productivity level. This research will undertake a more detailed examination of productivity benefit-sharing, examining the role and contribution of productivity to the sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia's pursuit of the SDGs. The approach used in this research is quantitative. Increased productivity is associated with an increase in total factor productivity (TFP). TFP seeks to deliver products effectively and efficiently via the use of the output-to-input ratio. By and large, productivity gains sharing for MSME herbal goods boosted added value (NT) by 500 percent between 2019 and 2020, or fivefold between 2018 and 2019.

PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi (CKA) is a manufacturer active in the country, and part arm rear break KYEA broken are one of the parts that are produced every month, and product defects occur frequently. Substantially companies need to improve the quality of products manufactured according to standards and prescribed specification in order to reduce product defect levels. This study aims to use lean six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measurem Analyze, Improve, and Control) approach and kaizen analysis to identify the factors that cause defect levels and suggest improvements to reduce the number of defect. The capacity of sigma obtained from the production process part arm rear break KYEA is 4,6. There are three types of defects in the production process, restice dented 9%, blank minus 27%, blunt serration 64%. In addition, kaizen analysis was performed by 5W+1H analysis. The results of this survey are expected to contribute to improving product qualitu, satisfaction customer, dan maximizing profits.

Abstrak: Based on the data analysis on the quality improvement program using lean six sigma that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: From 1 month of observation of defects in PT Sultra Prima Lestari's cloth masks, it is known that the DPMO value and the sigma value still do not meet the ideal number, which is 3.4 failures per million opportunities. With an average DPMO value of 141,614 and a sigma value of 5.1, it shows that the palm kernel oil production process has not yet reached the target of improving the quality of Six Sigma, namely reaching a sigma level of 6 Sigma (6σ), so it is necessary to make continuous improvements to palm kernel oil production process at PT Sultra Prima Lestari.After analyzing using this method, there are 4 types of product defects at PT Sultra Prima Lestari. Factors that cause product defects, namely labor (human), materials, equipment, and methods. Efforts that can be made to overcome product defects of PT Sultra Prima Lestari based on the DMAIC concept, include: Humans: Workers can improve the quality of masks by carrying out SOPs on materials and tools, then double checking the whole process.Material: Materials or materials can be improved in quality by choosing fresh fruit that is not easy to mold, of high quality, and according to SOPs. Equipment: The durability of the equipment used can be increased by carrying out routine maintenance on a monthly schedule and equipment components that have been damaged can be replaced by purchasing new and high-quality equipment components.
