Peningkatan Produktivitas Usaha Sambal Kemasan Bagi Usaha Kecil Menengah

Abstract: Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi sambal di Dusun Leses Kabupaten Malang. Sambal merupakan salah satu unsur khas hidangan Indonesia. Ada bermacam-macam variasi sambal yang berasal dari berbagai daerah. Masyarakat kota Malang yang didominasi remaja dan mahasiswa baik dalam kota maupun luar kota Malang rata-rata menyukai makanan dengan citarasa pedas atau menggunakan sambal.
