Abstract:Adolescents are a group that is at risk of developing anemia caused by a lack of iron in the body due to various triggering factors, including monthly menstruation and an unhealthy lifestyle. Anemia in adolescents can result in decreased immunity, decreased concentration, and decreased appetite.
