Implementation of IS / IT (Information Systems) / (Information Technology) is indispensable in a business process when a organizations wants to grow bigger, and its operational level is getting less simple, so instructions on data, technology, and application functionality will also be increasingly needed. PT Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu is a manufacturing company that produces shoes for babies, and toddlers. The authors find problem such as most of its business processes still do not take full advantage and not optimally using IS and IT, and sometimes problems in the form of human errors, such as writing wrong memos, wrong data entry, and not having “real time” data processing between each of company division that can interfere with ongoing business processes. Therefore the authors will design a company enterprise architecture (EA) that results in harmony between IS / IT and the business needs of PT Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu. In this study, the authors will design the EA using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. The results of this study are in the form of a enterprise architecture blueprint for the TOGAF method that is adapted to the business processes that are running at PT. Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu which can help maximize the company's growth. Index Terms—enterprise architecture; TOGAF ADM; PT Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu

“…Untuk dapat menerapkan SI/TI yang baik dan sesuai dengan visi misi suatu perusahaan, harus memperhatikan suatu proses pembangunan sistem serta perencanaan yang matang dengan mengamati semua kepentingan setiap pihak yang terlibat dengan sistem tersebut, baik itu pihak managemen sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kinerja organisasi, pihak pengembang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap sistem yang dibangun, maupun pengguna yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pemanfaatan sistem yang sedang perencanaan rancangan sesuai dengan visi misi perusahaan [6]. PT. Karya Sarana Sejati is one of the heavy equipment rental companies in Indonesia which is engaged in services, specifically road construction, this company also provides rental of heavy equipment and buying and selling heavy equipment spare parts. To be able to improve the company's business processes for the better, the company can implement SI / IT in its business processes. The application of IS / IT must be planned carefully so that it can help the company achieve its vision and mission. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is one method that can be used to do planning in helping to take advantage of the implementation of IS / IT. In this study, EAP will be linked to the Zachman Framework to complement its planning results. This research will produce a number of recommendations for the six application Truck maintenance, Company profile website, Bill payment, Payroll, Prerequisite order, dan Tracking. of EAP results that can be implemented and help run the business processes found in the company.

The planning of system and information technology architecture is one effort which is needed by the organization so that the IS/IT which applied are fitting the needs of business organization. The Tasikmalaya City Department of Library and Archive has not done the IS/IT architecture planning nor fully applied the IS/IT. Therefore, a system and information technology planning is required to identify what system and technology which needed by the Tasikmalaya City Department of Archive and Library. The framework used in composing the IS/IT planning was TOGAF with the ADM as the architecture development method. The TOGAF's stages used in this research were started from Preliminary Phase to Phase E: Opportunities and Solutions. The result of this IS/IT architecture planning is a blueprint which in sync with the business needs for Tasikmalaya City Department of Archive and Library which consisted of business architecture, information system architecture and technology architecture.
