Bank Indonesia's primary responsibility in monetary, banking and payment systems is to ensure monetary and financial system stability. Without financial system stability, Bank Indonesia's success in maintaining monetary stability will not be significant. support long-term economic growth. The forces associated with money and monetary soundness resemble different sides of a coin that cannot be separated. Financial stability is the foundation upon which the efficacy of monetary policy is built, and the converse is that monetary policy has a significant impact on financial stability. Because the financial system is one of the monetary policy transmission channels, monetary policy transmission cannot function normally if financial system instability occurs. Conversely, financial system stability will be fundamentally affected by monetary instability due to ineffective financial system operations. Therefore, maintaining financial system stability remains the duty and responsibility of Bank Indonesia.

Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic is the main reason for the decline in the economy in Indonesia in 2020, so the government must establish policies to overcome this problem. Apart from that, other authorities such as the central bank also play a role in carrying out a series of activities to achieve economic and financial stability during the pandemic. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the role of the Central Bank in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research Methods: The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. Results: This research explains that the COVID-19 pandemic put great pressure on the Indonesian economy and even the world, so that in 2020 Indonesia experienced an economic decline of -2.07%, this was a result of the very wide spread of the corona virus. The central bank as the monetary authority has several roles to fight COVID-19 in the economic sector, including: (1) Bank Indonesia is the lender of last resort, (2) Exchange rate policy, (3) Buying securities, (4) Lowering interest rates, (5) Issuing and circulating money. Conclusion: Therefore, the central bank has an important role in economic recovery in Indonesia during Covid-19. However, the central bank must still carry out its role optimally even though the Covid-19pandemic has ended in order to increase economic growth in Indonesia.

As we know, the role of the security system has a very important role for a state institution to provide security and comfort in carrying out its functions, such as the ABC central bank. A good security system is a security system that is supported by a reliable electronic security system and is composed of several components such as a CCTV monitoring system, Access Control System (ACS), Security Alarm System (SAS), and Fire Alarm System (FAS). This system is very necessary to provide support for the duties of these state institutions to protect devices, data and electronic infrastructure from potential threats and security risks. The main functions of electronic security systems include prevention, detection, response to incidents, and recovery after disturbances/disasters. For this reason, efforts are needed to provide an evaluation of the system maturity level and information security management as a form of risk management to maintain the continuity of system use. This research uses the INDEKS KAMI 4.1 to map ESS governance maturity and the OCTAVE Allegro method to analyze information security management. From the analysis carried out, it has been concluded that the ESS implementation has been operated well in accordance with the security system requirements and has reached a good level of governance maturity. Information security management analysis carried out using the OCTAVE Allegro method has succeeded in identifying information security management with the result that information security management has been implemented well. This is proven by the existence of indicators, namely CCTV recording data, log systems as information assets that have been managed and distributed according to authority
