Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan sekolah ramah anak yang kondusif di sekolah inklusi, serta bagaimana kepala sekolah menerapkan sistem yang diberlakukan kepada guru, siswa, dan orang tua.
