The purpose of this manuscript is to provide a new perspective on the possibility of implementing sustainability accounting in small business organizations, especially village-owned enterprise. We argue that even though small business organizations have limitations in organizational resources, they have a crucial role to play in implementing the concept of sustainability accounting in the business ecosystem. We developed the theoretical arguments based on the results of previous studies. We used the library research method to identify previous research in the context of sustainability accounting and small business organizations. We have found issues related to sustainability accounting and small business organizations. We also identify the issue and elaborate it in the theoretical arguments.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program are efforts to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals. SDGs Desa achievement is a derivative of SDGs National to 18 areas of development focus with a scale of values from 0 to 100. SDGs Desa in Kedungbanteng, Banyumas only reached a value of 37.12. This shows that there is a problem with the implementation of SDGs Desa in Kedungbanteng, Banyumas. This research aims to know and analyze the implementation and obstacles of SDGs program in Kedugbanteng, Banyumas. The method used is qualitative law research with an empirical approach. Uses primary data and secondary data types. Primary data is interview, focus group discussion (FGD), as well as secondary data of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The research show has not been implemented optimally, especially with regard to the process of inputting data from the questionnaire results into the Village Information System. However, the obstacles that have been faced so far are related to the understanding related to unclear indicator parameters, lack of internet access in the village, inadequate human resources, understanding of the use of applications, and not many facilities and infrastructure. Because the results of this settlement will be the focus of the government in making plans and giving recommendations for the achievement of SDGs Desa strategy. thus, it is necessary to build a joint commitment between the government of the village and the community to SDGs Desa.

This study aims to analyze the arrangement of Village Owned Enterprises in Indonesia and their management in realizing village Sustainable Development Goals. Village Owned Enterprises as socio-economic institutions in villages can realize sustainable development goals in villages. However, most of the existing Village-Owned Enterprises have yet to function optimally in driving the village economy. This is doctrinal legal research with legal, conceptual, and philosophical approaches. This method seeks to discuss the arrangement of Village-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia and the importance of institutional strengthening of Village-Owned Enterprises as socio-economic institutions with legal status in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals in Villages. The institutional arrangement and strengthening of Village-Owned Enterprises, apart from legal and economic aspects, also require social capital support. Rural local customs in the form of local wisdom and customary law norms that are still relevant can be social capital for the institutional strengthening of Village-Owned Enterprises. Based on local wisdom and customary law norms, the institutional management of Village Owned Enterprises can be optimal in realizing the goals of village sustainable development.
